Software updates

It’s important to keep your software updated in order to benefit from our latest new features and improvements.

Updating the AccentPOS application

1. Launch App Store.

2. Tap on 'Updates'.

3. Locate the AccentPOS update.

4. Tap on 'Install'.

5. If no updates are available, AccentPOS will not appear in the list.

Updating iOS (iPad Operating System)

1. Launch the Settings app.

2. Tap on 'General'.

3. Tap on 'Software Update'.

4. If an update is available, it will be displayed here.

5. Instructions will be given to install the update.

We recommend installing updates overnight, or when your establishment is closed. The purpose of this is to avoid a potential systems disruption.
