# Cash-out table & reports

Cash-out shows all the transactions and orders in the current shift. You can tap an order to expand it and see what items were ordered and how it was paid.

![Cash-out screen](/files/MFBKQmVPFDcQ4pQWJqmd)

Cash-out shows detailed financial information for each transaction including the tax applied and the payment method. It gives you running totals for the current shift.

{% hint style="info" %}
Only location managers can access Cash-out
{% endhint %}

### X report

Print an X report to show a summary of the shift so far. All of the figures will be printed, but the totals will not reset

### Z report

Print a Z report to show the final summary for the shift. All of the figures will be reset in the Cash-out, ready for the next shift. Don't worry, all of your previous transactions are available in the Hub!

{% hint style="info" %}
You can do as many Z reports per day as you need, it doesn't have to run at the end of each day
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.accentpos.com/features/cash-out/cash-out-table-and-reports.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
